To effectively plan and manage your project, we begin with a discovery phase. We also establish deadlines and budget during this phase.
Design stage
Once we have developed the prototype wireframe, our design team will begin crafting the visual style of your application, including its overall appearance and user experience. During this phase, we will deliver a complete set of UI screens that you can use for the next steps in development.
Development stage
Product development usually progresses through several phases, starting with a minimum viable product (MVP) for the initial release. To accelerate this process, we employ Agile practices with brief, focused sprints and concurrently develop design wireframes, documentation, and mockups alongside the development phase.
Ongoing Development, Support,
and Maintenance Stage
After launching the MVP, our team initiates new sprints to accelerate releases featuring added functionality. We also provide support and maintenance for the latest version of the app.
