To effectively plan and execute your project, we begin with a discovery phase. This involves four key steps where we work with you to align functionalities, set business priorities, coordinate strategy, and create prototypes for future products. During this phase, we also establish timelines and budget parameters.
Design stage
Once we've created a prototype wireframe, our design team moves on to shaping the visual style and overall user experience of your application. At this stage, we deliver a complete set of UI screens for use in the next development phases.
Development stage
Product development generally unfolds through several phases, starting with a minimum viable product (MVP) for an initial launch. To accelerate this process, we utilize Agile practices with brief sprints, while concurrently working on design wireframes, documentation, and mockups.
Ongoing Development, Support,
and Maintenance Stage
Once the MVP is released, our team conducts additional sprints to expedite the release of new features. We also provide ongoing support and maintenance for the latest version of the app.
