To effectively plan and manage your project, we begin with a discovery phase. In this four-step process, we work closely with you to align functionality, prioritize business objectives, coordinate strategy, and prototype future products. During discovery, we also establish your deadlines and budget.
Design stage
Once the prototype wireframe is complete, our design team begins crafting your application's style (its "look and feel"). At this stage, we deliver a comprehensive set of UI screens for further development.
Development stage
Product development usually progresses through multiple releases, starting with a minimum viable product (MVP) for the earliest launch. To accelerate the process, we utilize Agile methodology with short sprints, and conduct the development phase alongside design wireframes, documentation, and mockups.
Ongoing Development, Support,
and Maintenance Stage
After launching the MVP, our team executes new sprints to accelerate releases with added features. We also support and maintain the latest version of the app.
